Collaboration
In our experience, the repositioning of an association often suggests the advantages of collaborating with other associations, to strengthen in this way the impact in the environment and upon government. In a few cases a merger is called for.
Large gains in efficiency can also be achieved through collaboration in areas of service. For this purpose we can contribute our specific knowledge of the management and finance of associations.
